Azarian Realty Co. said Thursday it has signed a lease for 3,000 square feet with Vio Med Spa, a franchised medical spa, at The Shoppes at North Brunswick.
The Shoppes at North Brunswick is a 147,054-square-foot, one-story shopping center in North Brunswick along Route 1. It is the Clifton-headquartered medical spa’s fifth location in New Jersey. The others are in Paramus, Shrewsbury, Holmdel, and Clifton.
Medical spa franchises are witnessing strong growth in the U.S. because of increasing demand for non-invasive cosmetic treatments and wellness services. The industry is projected to reach $25.9 billion by 2026.
Vio Med Spa features aesthetic services for both men and women, such as body contouring, skin rejuvenation treatments, injectables, hormone therapy, hair restoration, and wellness options.
Vio Med Spa has locations in Florida, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, and 16 other states.
The lease deal with Vio Med Spa leaves three vacancies at The Shoppes ranging from 3,134 square feet to 10,444 square feet.
