Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson said Scott Perkins and Christopher Todd have won SIOR’s 2024 top transaction award in the category of largest industrial transaction for the $156.3 million sale of a 48.7-acre industrial outdoor storage portfolio in Harrison and Kearny.

The SIOR top transaction awards, presented each year, highlight the top deals from SIOR’s global network of 4,000 commercial real estate brokers. SIOR stands for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
“This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication that Scott and I bring to every assignment,” said Todd. “We’re honored to be recognized by SIOR and proud to have played a role in one of the most significant industrial transactions in New Jersey this year.”
Working on behalf of Ambient Capital Partners, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, Perkins and Todd, along with their teammate William Ericksen, assembled the off-market parcels at 310 and 505 Manor Avenue and 401 and 500 Supor Blvd, in Harrison and 129 Sanford Ave. and 433 Bergen Aven. in Kearny, to create one of the largest IOS portfolios ever sold in New Jersey. The deal closed in October 2024.
