Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates has expanded its New Jersey industrial practice to 24 brokers with the additions of Gary Capetta as managing partner and Matthew Corpuel as partner. The company said the pair, who have about 70 years experience between them, will be based in the firm’s Elmwood Park office.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Capetta and Corpuel worked together at Pantheon Properties and CBRE. Their client roster includes CenterPoint, Brookfield, AEW, Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Samsung C&T, Panera Bread, Chefs’ Warehouse, New York City Ballet, and Colavita USA.
