Spencer Savings Bank said Michael Ozol was named vice president, commercial and industrial lending relationship manager. He was a relationship manager at the Elmwood Park-based bank.
Prior to joining Spencer, the 25-year bank veteran held leadership positions at both community banks and national banks. He was relationship manager at Columbia Bank and before that was a vice president – senior relationship manager at TD Bank.
His experience includes portfolio management, middle market banking, business banking, and commercial and industrial lending.
“He has a strong track record of providing real value to his clients with a top tier experience always,” said Sergio Musacchio, senior vice president and director of commercial and industrial lending and small business finance at Spencer Savings Bank.
Spencer Savings Bank, the seventh-largest New Jersey-based bank by assets, has about $4 billion in total assets and operates 27 financial centers throughout New Jersey.
