An office building in Princeton Junction has been purchased by an unidentified investor for $2.19 million in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick.
Located at 191 Clarksville Road, just south of Princeton and fewer than 6 miles from the State House in Trenton, the 13,000-square-foot building is part of an area featuring the offices and laboratories of multiple pharmaceutical companies. Sheldon Gross Realty said its design makes it well suited for conversion into a lab facility.
“This property checks every box for a pharma company,” Glick says. “My client specializes in supporting organizations in that sector, so the proximity to leading industry players and the flexibility of the space make this transaction an exceptional opportunity.”
The structure, built in 1985, is near Route 1, a short drive from routes 295 and 133 and the New Jersey Turnpike, 3 miles from Princeton Junction’s train station, and 13 miles from Trenton Mercer Airport.
