Kislak manages sale of Roselle Park multifamily property for $4.1M

R.P. Westfield LLC recently purchased a 24-unit multifamily property in Roselle Park from 336 E. Westfield LLC for $4,125,000. 

The Kislak Co. marketed the property at 336 East Westfield Ave. on an exclusive basis with Senior Vice President Andrew Scheinerman and Managing Director Jeff Squires handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, 336 E. Westfield, LLC. Kislak also procured the purchaser.

This is the third time Kislak handled the sale of the property with Squires handling each of the prior two assignments.

Scheinerman said, “The sellers retained us on an exclusive basis after having sold them more than 300 units in central New Jersey last year.” Squires added, “We continue to see tremendous investor appetite for well-located garden apartment properties.”

The property is a three-story brick apartment building with 24 units – six studios, 17 one bedroom units and a rental house with on-site parking for tenants. The Roselle Park location  includes many recent capital improvements such as a new roof, 13 renovated units with new kitchens and bathrooms, and common area upgrades. 

The property is 1 mile from the Roselle Park train station and trains go directly to New York’s Penn Station, a trip that takes less than 40 minutes.
