Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson has sold a 10,000-square-foot medical office building at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange for $2.5 million.
Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning of NAI James E. Hanson represented the seller, Robert Scibetti, in the transaction with the buyer, Premiere Titan Properties, LLC.
The property at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way is a two-story medical office building across from the Essex County Country Club in West Orange. The property is near the Interstate 280 exchange, as well as NJ Transit bus and rail services. The medical office building is within 10 miles of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Mountainside Medical Center, and Silver Lake Hospital.
“West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location,” said Lizzack. “We were able to procure an ideal buyer and secure a strong return for our client in this transaction.”
Hanson said over the last 30 months, Lizzack and Horning have closed more than 80 real estate sales and leasing transactions totaling over $98 million in value.
