Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), an industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased the entirety of a property at 101 Harper Street and 21 Avenue C in Newark, a 12,000-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of Georgian Land LLC.
Michael Costa, a sales associate of BRC, represented both the tenant, Georgian Land LLC, and the landlord, Tojo LLC, in the transaction.
