Floodproofing.com, a flood solutions company based in the Mount Royal section of East Greenwich Township in Gloucester County, recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement for its full line of products with Elite Road Supplies Co. – ECO.
ECO is a United Arab Emirates-based company that provides supply solutions to the construction industry in the Middle East. The agreement further expands Floodproofing.com’s international footprint and opens its product line to an expanding international construction market.
Floodproofing.com manufactures and sells both dry and wet flood mitigation products, and provides consultation, design, engineering, installation, post-installation support, and flood insurance.
As part of the exclusive distribution agreement, ECO will sell, install and provide product support for Floodproofing.com’s products throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region — including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Those products include Floodproofing.com’s line of flood logs, flood shields, watertight doors, flood gates, and engineered flood vents.
Elite Road Supplies Co. – ECO, based in the United Arab Emirates, represents manufacturers from Europe and the United States.
The normally arid region has experienced record flooding in recent years, generating demand for flood mitigation solutions. A record rainfall in April 2024 inundated the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman in April and killed people in Oman and the UAE.
