Garden Communities has begun leasing at Lofts at Princeton, with the first phase of the luxury apartment community ready for occupancy. The property is located at 100 Lofts Drive in Princeton, featuring duplex apartments and loft-style rental residences with lifestyle amenities.
The community is being developed in three phases; the first includes 154 one-, two- and three-bedroom rental residences with floor plans ranging up to 1,620 square feet. Base rent starts at $2,399. Upon completion, Lofts at Princeton will include 656 apartments.
Garden Communities’ Nathaniel Welsh, director of development, said the property “is designed to suit a variety of renters – from professionals, to families, to empty-nesters and others looking for a dynamic, upscale lifestyle experience.”
Lofts at Princeton include patios or balconies, natural light-filled living rooms, designer kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, and bathrooms with large vanities and walk-in showers; select residences have dens. All homes feature individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and remote keyless entry.
Lofts at Princeton also offers a fitness center, walking/bike path, and a swimming pool. The community’s outdoor spaces also include a lounge with a fire pit and BBQ grills, and pocket parks.
The community is near downtown Princeton, Princeton University, local parks, and trails. The West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District is annually ranked among the best public-school districts in New Jersey. NJ Transit’s Princeton Junction station and major highways – including Route 33, I-295 and I-195, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway – all are nearby.
