Jim Lardiere was elected president of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, effective July 1.
NABIP-NJ is a statewide organization representing licensed health insurance agents, brokers, consultants and benefit professionals in New Jersey who service the health insurance needs of large and small employers as well as individuals.
Lardiere, of Basking Ridge, steps into the role with more than three decades of industry experience. He is known for his collaborative demeanor and strong local and national professional networks.
His involvement with the statewide group spans more than 30 years. Lardiere has held leadership roles including New Jersey State Chapter secretary, vice president, and state conference chair, and has served as treasurer of the Northern New Jersey Chapter since 1998. Prior to launching his independent consulting and advisory practice, Lardiere was part of the leadership team at Savoy Associates for nearly 33 years.
“This is a critical time for our industry, and NABIP-NJ’s role as an advocate for the brokers and clients we serve is more important than ever,” Lardiere said. “We must stay informed, support our members, and attract young professionals to expand our brand beyond the industry.”
