Brach Eichler announces 3 attorney promotions

Brach Eichler LLC, a full-service law firm based in Roseland, announced the promotion of three distinguished attorneys, effective May 1, 2025. Promoted to counsel:

Eric J. Boden – A valued member of the Litigation practice, Boden has demonstrated exceptional advocacy in complex civil matters, with a focus on business partnership disputes, trusts and estates conflicts, and health-care litigation. A former deputy attorney general with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Boden brings deep investigative experience and strategic litigation insight to every case. He has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars® list for 2024–2025. Boden resides in Wayne.

Jeremy Hylton – Hylton’s promotion acknowledges his deep legal acumen and dedicated service. He is a trial lawyer focusing on personal injury and has extensive experience litigating cases involving personal injuries and complex civil claims in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hylton resides in Cedar Knolls.

Autumn M. McCourt – A key member of the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment practices, McCourt is recognized for her tenacity, legal skill and client-first approach. McCourt’s impressive track record includes favorable verdicts and settlements in business and employment matters. She was previously named to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers® from 2018 to 2025. McCourt resides in Sparta.
