FellowshipLIFE, a New Jersey-based aging services provider, recently appointed two executive directors to lead their respective life plan communities.

Tina Boukalis was named executive director for Friends Village in Woodstown and Jeff Lisk was appointed executive director for Riverwalk Village at The House of The Good Shepherd in Hackettstown.

In these roles, the two executive directors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of their communities, including business operations, to ensure satisfaction among residents and staff.

“I am confident that Tina and Jeff will not only lead with dedication, but also help advance our mission of active and transformative aging through innovative practices,” said Brian Lawrence, president and CEO of FellowshipLIFE.

Boukalis joins Friends Village with more than 25 years of leadership experience and a career devoted to serving older adults. She has held a variety of roles across the industry, most recently as executive director for a Pennsylvania-based senior living community.

“I am truly grateful for the opportunity to join Friends Village. I look forward to working alongside such a dedicated team and creating innovative opportunities that enrich the lives of residents,” she said.

Lisk has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living field. He previously served as executive director for a South Jersey-based senior living community. Lisk also worked as a dining services manager focused on enhancing the resident culinary experience.

“I am honored to serve the Riverwalk Village community and help redefine the aging experience in ways that empower our residents,” Lisk said.
