First Environment Inc., which specializes in environmental engineering and consulting, has been awarded a $9 million, three-year contract with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for engineering design services to support the environmental restoration of contaminated properties throughout New Jersey.

Further, this award allows us to leverage additional company expertise complementary to site restoration, including natural resource management, litigation support, and licensed site remediation professional services,” said Devin DeMarco, First Environment’s Market area director, government programs.
Under the contract, First Environment will partner with subconsultants HDR and MFS Engineers & Surveyors to fully support a wide range of projects across the state.
