Affinity Federal Credit Union announces leadership recognition and promotions

Affinity Federal Credit Union, which has 20 branches in the tri-state area, announced several strategic leadership promotions. All executive moves were effective June 1.

Pam Cohen has been promoted to chief operating officer. In her expanded role, Cohen will oversee the credit union’s daily operations, including lending, loan administration, digital branch, risk operations, marketing, people & culture, financial wellbeing, and more. She will also continue building strong cross-functional relationships to enhance the member experience.

MaryAnne Melanson has been promoted to vice president, strategy and internal communications. Melanson will continue to lead the development of Affinity’s organizational strategic plan and internal communications strategy while supporting board relations.

Ryan Marosy has been promoted to vice president of marketing. In this role, Marosy will lead brand strategy, marketing operations, and member acquisition efforts. Since joining Affinity, Marosy has spearheaded a digital-first transformation of the marketing team, introduced a performance-driven culture, and improved member engagement through personalization and technology enhancements.

Affinity is also said Jack Allison, chief digital, payments & technology officer, was recently honored as a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100. The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
