T&T Construction Management Group Inc., a woman-owned concrete specialty contractor, announced the start of construction of a multimillion-dollar senior-living project in Paramus.
The project, Brightview Joy’s Farm Senior Living, was started earlier this month at 735 Pascack Road in Paramus and is a multi-family project that will include 332 units for in-demand senior living and support economic development in the region.
“We always pride ourselves on delivering our projects with precision, integrity, and care, and Brightview Joy’s Farm is a perfect reflection of that ethic,” said company Chief Executive Officer Rebecca Thomas.
T&T is handling the specialty concrete construction areas of the Brightview Joy’s Farm project, which will total 55,192 square feet. Project collaborators include Nucor for rebar fabrication, Tanis Concrete Inc., Market Square Architects, and other companies.
When complete, Brightview Joy’s Farm will have two areas for senior living – one building with 162 units for independent living and an assisted living and memory care facility on the north side of the property with 170 units. The community will also feature a clubhouse, a swimming pool, dining, fitness and entertainment venues, landscaped outdoor features, and covered parking garages.
T&T Construction Management Group has served clients from Florida to the Northeastern United States for 30 years.
