Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, has signed a 1,370-square-foot office lease with Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi at Court Plaza South, at 21 Main St. in Hackensack. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jonathan Kristofich, and Jessica Curry represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.
Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi is a personal injury law firm. It is led by founder and senior partner Michael Maggiano, managing partner Christopher DiGirolamo, and partner Michael Lizzi, the firm specializes in practice areas such as motor-vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and more. In addition to Court Plaza, Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi has offices in Fort Lee, New Jersey and New York City.
