Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno PC, a full-service law firm established in 1961, said June 26 that Matheu D. Nunn has been selected by his fellow partners as co-managing partner of the law firm. He will serve alongside co-managing partner Gary R. Botwinick.
Nunn, 43, who joined the firm in December 2011, serves as a board member on the firm’s four-person executive committee. He co-chairs the firm’s family/matrimonial practice with Thomas J. Snyder and co-chairs the firm’s general appellate practice with Bonnie C. Frost.
Among Nunn’s awards and recognitions are Essex County Bar Association’s Family Practitioner of the Year (2025) and three selections as a New Jersey Law Journal “Attorney of the Year” finalist (2017, 2018, and 2024).
“Matt is a tremendous asset to the firm, in client service and in firm strategy. I fully embrace his selection as co-managing partner and am excited about our firm’s future,” said Patricia M. Barbarito, senior partner and member of the board and executive committee, with Botwinick, Nunn, and Christopher L. Musmanno. “His role is consistent with our firm’s mission and a logical step as we expand to new office space in Parsippany and continue to serve businesses and families throughout the region.”
