Azarian Realty Co. said June 26 that it signed a lease with JNA Fitness, bringing the approximately 4,500-square-foot shopping center to 100% occupancy.
JNA Fitness is a fitness studio for one-on-one or small-group personal strength training. The business specializes in supporting men and women aged 40 and above to achieve their weight-loss and strength-training goals. In addition to their fitness classes, they also offer customized nutrition support.
JNA’s occupancy at Montvale Shopping Center will be its third location in Bergen County. The otters are in Wyckoff and Waldwick. JNA Fitness is slated to open at the shopping center in September, joining Montvale Chinese Cuisine and King Cleaners.
Montvale Shopping Center is located within Montvale in northern Bergen County. The borough has 9,663 residents, according to the U.S. Census, and median household income is $183,664.
The property is also adjacent to many major corporate headquarters and single-family residences.Â
