Advance Realty Investors and Greek Real Estate Partners said June 30 that 3PL carrier SpeedX has leased 165,000 square feet of space at 200 Linden Logistics Way, a 516,476-square-foot distribution facility located in Linden.
SpeedX, a New York-based logistics company and partner with Accelerated Global Solutions, will occupy the facility as part of a $1 billion factory-to-front-door expansion that will see the company build out a logistics hub allowing small and mid-sized companies to ship products from abroad to U.S. customers.
200 Linden Logistics Way is located within the 4.1-million-square-foot Class-A Linden Logistics Center developed by a partnership of Advance Realty Investors, Greek Real Estate Partners and PGIM Real Estate. With the SpeedX lease, the park has reached 82% occupancy whose tenants include Peloton, Samsung, Vanguard Logistics, World Distribution Services, Fabuwood Cabinetry, and OCM Globe.
“As demand for well-located industrial space continues to outpace supply across Northern New Jersey, the Center is exceptionally well-positioned to benefit from this ongoing market tightening,” said Alex Motiuk, director of acquisitions at Greek Real Estate Partners. “Its proximity to key transportation corridors, port access, and dense population centers makes it highly attractive to e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile delivery operators.”
Added Alex Cocoziello of Advance Realty Investors, “Linden Logistics Center offers an exceptional location for distributors seeking modern, high-performance facilities with immediate access to key population centers and the Port of New York and New Jersey. In today’s competitive supply chain environment, proximity and efficiency matter more than ever—and Linden delivers on both.”
A CBRE team led by Tom Monahan and Larry Schiffenhaus represented ownership in the lease. SpeedX was represented by Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate, Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty.
Linden Logistics Center is just south of the New Jersey port system and Newark Liberty International Airport, and is near the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1 & 9, and Interstate 278.
