Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper, which has four offices in New Jersey, introduced its newest advisory service July 10. The service is titled EA Talent Solutions and focuses on delivering qualified candidates (C-suite, finance, HR, technology, and others) who can navigate complex landscapes, deliver measurable outcomes, and drive organizational growth.
According to its website, EA Talent Solutions client base includes regional and national accounting firms, corporate finance departments, financial services companies, professional services organizations, and high-growth technology companies seeking finance leadership.
Brian Lucas is the EA Talent Solutions president and will lead this new service started earlier this year. Previously, Lucas led Marcum Search as CEO and continued in a leadership role post-acquisition by CBIZ, concentrating on search and staffing solutions.
The EA Talent Solutions team seeks to optimize talent acquisition and management, helping clients navigate market shifts and enhance employee engagement, whether they are scaling operations, restructuring teams, or looking for specialized experience.
EisnerAmper said the EA Talent Solutions can also define competitive salaries, sharpen job descriptions, negotiate offers, pinpoint industry trends, and enhance interview strategies to increase offer acceptance. The services include contingency-based searches, retained searches, project-based augmentations, and organizational behavior analysis.
