Signature Acquisitions, an owner and manager of Class-A suburban office space throughout New Jersey and Long Island, announced 38,000 square feet of new leases, lease expansions and renewals across its office portfolio in the second quarter of 2025.
“With the economy humming and the local labor market remaining resilient over the past 12 months, employers are seeking out Class A office spaces,” said Sandy Monaghan, senior vice president at Signature Acquisitions. “After a period of uncertainty, companies are feeling confident to make longer-term commitments in buildings that are well-located and support their in-office company culture.”
From April to June 2025, Signature Acquisitions signed a total of 13 new, expanded and renewed office leases in nine of its commercial properties. New leases and expansions totaled 10,000 square feet, while renewals accounted for 28,000 square feet.
A significant portion of the leasing activity took place in Parkway Commerce Center in Cranford, a highly amenitized corporate park where Signature Properties owns a total of six buildings. At 11 Commerce Drive, Signature completed four deals in the second quarter, including a lease renewal with Cali Futures, an expansion with the U.S. General Services Administration and new leases with Ascend Hospice and MM Superior Freight. Other lease transactions at Parkway Commerce Center included Old Republic Title, doForms, Nauticus and Patriot GC.
Signature also completed three lease transactions at its 1055 Parsippany Boulevard property, a lease expansion at 888 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge, N.Y., and a 10,000-square-foot lease renewal with ADC Therapeutics at 430 Mountain Drive in New Providence.
“Every day, our leasing team talks to companies looking for buildings with amenities like fitness centers and collaborative spaces that make their staff enjoy coming to the office and work more productively,” said Monaghan. “By providing spaces where our tenants can fully maximize their potential, our properties are playing their own part in driving innovation across New Jersey and Long Island.”
