Newmark has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Premium Capital Resources’ 240,000-square-foot Class A office building on 115 West Century Road in Paramus.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Dan Reider, John Crawford and Jack Barclay will lead marketing/leasing efforts on behalf of ownership.Â
