130 New Jersey companies earn spots on Inc.’s 5000 list 

Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the business publication’s fastest-growing private companies in America, was published Aug. 12 with 130 New Jersey-based companies making the list.

The Inc. 5000 ranks companies based on their percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024.

All 130 New Jersey companies that made the 5000 list had three-year annual revenue growth of at least 50% and the businesses represented every area of the state.

The top industry sectors with the strongest growth in New Jersey were health care and medical, government services, and construction.  

The top New Jersey company listed is Mendham-based Titanium Tours at No. 30, with a three-year revenue growth rate of 7,168%. The travel and hospitality business is led by  co-founder and chief executive officer Jesus Repetto, who helped create the company in 2011. Titanium Tours specializes in destination management, creating customized luxury itineraries for travel advisers to Portugal and Spain. The company also has an office in Spain. 

Repetto is also a co-founder of Bebe Innova, a pharmaceutical distributor since 2005, and the co-founder of NubiQ, a software company established in 2013. Prior to that, Repetto worked for nearly a decade in the wealth management industry, at organizations such as Smith Barney, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Banco Santander. 

These are the 20 fastest-growing New Jersey companies that earned a place on the list and their three-year revenue growth rates.
