Archer & Greiner said this week that it has elevated attorneys Vinita Banthia, Harrison Breakstone, Jason Sena, and Richard Wells to partner.
“We’re proud to welcome this outstanding group of attorneys to the Archer partnership,” said Archer Chair Deborah Hays. “They bring not only strong legal skills but also a deep dedication to client service. Each has made meaningful contributions to our firm’s growth, and I congratulate them on this well-deserved achievement.”
Banthia is known for her work in complex environmental litigation, products liability, and toxic tort matters. She represents clients in multi-faceted environmental disputes that often involve historical site contamination, multiple parties, and complex legal issues such as corporate successorship, liability allocation, and natural resource damages. Banthia joined Archer in 2019.
Breakstone advises debtors, creditors, and related parties on issues related to corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, including debtors’ and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, and general commercial litigation. He has been with the firm since 2018.
Sena represents clients in government and regulatory affairs, litigation, land acquisition, redevelopment, public contracting, and campaign finance compliance. He also serves as counsel to municipalities, local authorities, and counties in New Jersey, and advises political candidates and parties on election law and campaign finance. Sena joined Archer in 2022.
Wells focuses his practice on land use, zoning, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. He advises clients on all aspects of land development, including zoning and site plan approvals. Wells also handles real estate matters and advises clients in the cannabis industry. He has been with the firm since 2021.
Besides Voorhees, Archer & Greiner has New Jersey offices in Princeton, Red Bank, and Hackensack. The firm has 175 attorneys working in nine offices.
