Azarian Realty Co. this week announced its newest signed lease with D-Levy & D’Luka, a luxury café concept of a local husband and wife, at Allendale Town Center in Allendale. The lease signing brings occupancy at the town center to 100%.
Allendale Town Center is a one-story shopping facility of national and franchise stores and 20 tenant spaces ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 38,000 square feet. It occupies five acres and has a gross living area of more than 79,000 square feet.
D-Levy & D’Luka will be occupying a 1,039-square-foot space formerly occupied by Great Clips. The café joins other tenants in Allendale Town Center such as Primo Hoagies, Dairy Queen, Philly Pretzel Factory, Hand & Stone Massage, Goldberg’s Bagels, Acme, and T.D. Bank.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. Azarian Realty of Midland Park is the exclusive leasing and property management agent for Allendale Town Center.
Azarian Realty said Allendale Town Center is its fifth fully leased property, in its property management portfolio of 17 properties with an overall property management portfolio occupancy of 93%.
