Smolin Lupin recently hosted the official opening of its new offices, occupying 20,000 square feet at the Waterview Corporate Centre campus in Parsippany.
The lease was arranged by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ), and the move marks a significant milestone for the advisory, tax and accounting firm, which relocated from nearby Fairfield after 24 years.

This new space provides a dynamic, amenity-rich environment that aligns with their culture of innovation and collaboration, making it the perfect home to attract and retain top talent for years to come,” said Tom Consiglio, principal and founder of RRNNJ, who spearheaded the tenant representation assignment along with firm Principal Scott Peck.

Other first-class amenities include a full-service café with seating, fitness center with Peloton stations, yoga studio, tenant lounge/game room, covered solar carports, outdoor seating area, an on-site conference center and after-hours keycard access.
In addition to offering direct access to Route 202 with nearby connections to Route 46, I-80 and I-287, it is located near banking, hospitality, dining and retail options.
