Carter’s Inc., which sells baby apparel, is teaming up with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City to support local youth through an in-store giving campaign.
Customers shopping at Carter’s stores in Tanger Outlets Atlantic City (19 N. Michigan Ave., Atlantic City) and at Hamilton Commons (140 Hamilton Commons, Mays Landing), can make a monetary contribution at checkout. Every dollar raised will directly benefit the club’s early learning and arts programs, helping to give Atlantic City children the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.
“The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City is committed to giving our kids a safe space to learn, grow, and reach their full potential,” said Tracey Triniwell, chief executive officer of the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City. “We are incredibly grateful to Carter’s and their customers for supporting our mission. These donations will help strengthen our early learning and arts programs, which are vital to preparing our youth for brighter futures.”
Atlanta-based Carter’s, which also owns the Osh Kosh B’gosh brand, invites customers to donate $1, $3, or $5 at the register through Oct. 18 to Boys & Girls Clubs. Proceeds raised at each store will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City’s early learning and arts programs. The clubs say every $1 invested in them returns $10.32 in economic benefits to members, their families, and society.
The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City is a nonprofit organization that has been providing a safe environment for the youth of Atlantic City for more than 50 years.
