Englewood Health appoints Gologorsky to board of trustees

Englewood Health has announced the appointment of Leah Gologorsky to its board of trustees. An accomplished financial executive with more than two decades of experience in global finance and capital markets, Gologorsky brings deep expertise in strategy, risk and operations to the board.

“We are pleased to welcome Leah Gologorsky as a trustee,” said Richard Lerner, chairman of the board of trustees of Englewood Health. “Her record of leadership at some of the most respected firms in finance will help guide Englewood Health as we continue to grow and innovate in service to our community.”

Gologorsky is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as global lead of bank counterparty strategy at Citadel Securities, where she has worked since 2022. In this role — and throughout her career — she has focused on financial resource management, capital and liquidity optimization and counterparty strategy. She also has extensive experience in risk management, regulatory capital and financial planning, developed through senior positions at Bank of America, Santander, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.

“It is a privilege to join Englewood Health’s board of trustees,” said Gologorsky. “As a Bergen County resident, I have seen firsthand the impact this institution has on families in our community, and I look forward to drawing on my experience to advance its mission of providing exceptional care.”

Gologorsky holds a B.S. in economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation. She lives in Bergen County with her husband, Dr. Yakov Gologorsky, and their family.

“As we expand across Northern New Jersey, we rely on the commitment of individuals like Leah to help us maintain our high standards of care while preparing for the future,” said Warren Geller, president and CEO of Englewood Health. “We are grateful for her dedication to our mission.”
