A 2,515-square-foot suite within a two-story, Watchung office building has been leased to the Aesthetic Digital Solutions dental lab. The arrangement was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky.
Adjacent to Route 22 and a mile from Route 78, the 688 Somerset St. location is accessible from all directions. The four-unit building – which is now 100% occupied – offers ample parking for tenants, clients, and patients.
“For any medical practice considering a new location, the first priority is the space – and this particular suite was a perfect fit,” says Glussky. “Beyond that, you want to be sure your patients can get there quickly. That’s another box 688 Somerset Street definitely checks.”
Aesthetic Digital Solutions provides advanced dental offerings that include implants, removables, digital designs, and cosmetics. The building also is home to a dentist’s office.
