NJ Conference for Women adds new technology and expanded schedule

The NJ Conference for Women (NJCFW), the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the State of New Jersey, is back with a new app and an expanded schedule.

The 2025 NJCFW will be held Oct. 3 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. More than 700 professional women from several industries are expected to attend.

After a sold-out 2024 conference, the NJCFW planning committee decided to add technology to foster future development. The NJCFW has partnered with Guidebook to launch a branded app, creating new opportunities for attendees to connect and build their network, while maximizing their Conference experience.

Attendees will be able to use the app to create custom profiles that will let them connect with other attendees and share contact information in real time. Exhibitors can showcase their brand and capture leads by creating virtual exhibitor booths to complement their physical tables, and more information about Breakout Presenters will be readily available to attendees. The app is currently available for download on both Apple and Android.

Based on feedback from previous conferences, attendees will have an extra hour to network, move between sessions, and visit every Exhibitor Table thanks to an expanded schedule. The new Conference schedule can be found at njconferenceforwomen.com and in the app.

“The Women in Business Alliance works hard year-round to ensure the NJ Conference for Women remains the premier women’s conference in the State of New Jersey,” said Gretchen DiMarco, Vice President of Operations for the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber and Managing Director of the NJ Conference for Women. “We are looking forward to another sold-out day of networking, learning, and inspiration!”

The day will kick off with an Opening Keynote from world record-holding skydiver Melanie Curtis. Her presentation, “Daring to Access Your Untapped Potential,” will energize attendees up for a day of learning and professional development.

The highlight of the day will be this year’s Closing Speaker, New Jersey native and Founder of Little Words Project, Adriana Carrig.

Motivated by years of getting bullied by classmates, Adriana launched the company in 2013 as a movement to spread positivity, self-love and kindness by wearing bracelets that display powerful “Little Words” of affirmation.

The NJ Conference for Women is supported by a host of Sponsors from a variety of business sectors. This year’s Presenting Sponsor is NJM Insurance Group, and Platinum Sponsors Bristol Myers Squibb and Penn Medicine Princeton Health are back again this year.

The Celebration Luncheon is sponsored by RWJ University Hospital Hamilton, and this year’s breakfast buffet has been enhanced thanks to Power Breakfast Sponsor Stark & Stark. XTag will be the official on-demand Registration Sponsor. Gold Sponsor Capital Health is joined by Silver Sponsors Northfield Bank, Swaminarayan Akshardham, and Philadelphia Area Lexus Dealers.
