The Otteau Group announced Sept. 2 that Connor Montferrat, MAI has been elevated to partner in recognition of his contributions to the firm, principled leadership and commitment to serving the needs of its clients.
Montferrat has worked at Otteau Group since 2017 and most recently held the post of Director. Connor holds an MAI designation and focuses his practice on complex valuation and advisory services to the firm’s clientele.
Montferrat is also well versed in litigation matters as an expert witness in valuation, eminent domain, feasibility, environmental stigma and land use. His experience encompasses a long list of high-profile projects, including site selection for Netflix Studios at Fort Monmouth, luxury skyscrapers in Manhattan, deep subsurface easements for underground rail tunnels, and feasibility analytics for NJEDA tax credits.
Beyond his technical expertise, Montferrat is lauded for his integrity, humility, and a deep sense of responsibility. He regularly mentors team members at Otteau Group to promote their career advancement and even serves his local community in government service roles.
