The HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ) will present “HERHealth: Advancing Women’s Care from Motherhood to Menopause” – a half-day educational summit exploring how pharma, med tech, policy and research can transform women’s health through every stage of life. The event will be held on Friday, Sept. 26, at noon at West Hall at Middlesex College 2600 Woodbridge Ave. in Edison.
The event will include panels featuring experts across a variety of sectors speaking to the health-care industry’s impact on patients across the globe, as well as New Jersey’s economy and workforce. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network and engage with leaders and policymakers.
The discussion topics are “HERHealth – The Science of Possibility: Innovation in Fertility, Family Planning & Maternal Health,” “HERHealth – The Menopause Moment: R&D, FemTech & the Future of Midlife Health,” and “HERHealth – From Underserved to Unstoppable: Why Women’s Health Is the Smartest Investment in Medicine.”
Among the confirmed panelists are Sarah M. Adelman, commissioner, NJ Department of Human Services; Lisa Antonacci, vice president, Women’s Health Service Line, Hackensack Meridian Health; Beth Battaglino, president and CEO, HealthyWomen; and Catherine Charbonneau, director, field medical engagement, women’s health care, Bayer US Medical Affairs.
