Wonder to join retail roster at Print House in Hackensack

NAI James E. Hanson said Sept. 3 it has negotiated a 4,347-square-foot lease with Wonder at Print House, Russo Development’s and The Hampshire Companies’ mixed-use project at 150 River St. in Hackensack.

NAI James E. Hanson’s team members Michael G. Walters, SIOR, Jonathan Kristofich and Cameron Silverstein represented the landlord in the transaction.

Founded in 2018 by Marc Lore, Wonder’s vertically integrated model brings restaurant-quality menu offerings from many of the nation’s top chefs to doorsteps across the United States. The company’s new Hackensack location joins a growing tri-state and New York City area footprint spanning nearly 40 storefronts.

Wonder’s Hackensack store plans to begin taking orders early in the fourth quarter of 2025. The site is the former headquarters of the Record newspaper, which moved to Woodland Park from Hackensack in 2011.

Wonder’s lease covers Print House’s 45,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.

Adam Pasternack, president of property management at Russo Development, said, “From the beginning, our goal with Print House has been to create a vibrant riverfront neighborhood with thoughtfully curated retail, luxury apartment homes and community-focused amenities. Reaching 95% leased on the retail side is a significant milestone..”
