Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, negotiated a 12,988-square-foot office lease renewal with home health care company Amedisys at Court Plaza, located at 21 Main St. in Hackensack.
Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, and Prostar Commercial Real Estate’s Rob Wolfe represented the tenant in the transaction.
Amedisys has been a tenant at Court Plaza since 2014 and will continue to use its space for general, executive, and administrative offices.
The company is a national provider of in-home health care, hospice, palliative care, and high-acuity care services. Amedisys serves more than 465,000 patients annually and has more than 500 locations in 37 states and the District of Columbia.
“Court Plaza continues to distinguish itself as a premier office destination by offering the convenience, amenities, and environment that today’s companies and their employees expect,” said Gutierrez. “We are excited to build on our relationship with Amedisys and ensure their space meets the needs of their staff.”
Court Plaza is in downtown Hackensack near the Bergen County Courthouse and is an interconnected three-building complex with 335,000 square feet of adaptable, Class A office space. The plaza is accessible to Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway, along with public transportation options including the NJ Transit Hackensack Bus Terminal, and Essex Street Station.
Court Plaza has on-site covered parking, a cafeteria, a fitness center, and conference room facilities. A renovation of the outdoor plaza area is underway, which will introduce a putting area, soft seating with a fire pit, and options for outdoor dining.
