Archer & Greiner adds corporate attorney Csik as partner

The law firm Archer & Greiner said Sept. 8 that Justin D. Csik joined the firm as a partner in its business counseling practice group in Voorhees.

Csik has more than a decade of experience advising clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. His diverse background strengthens the firm’s capabilities and adds depth to Archer’s bench in high-level corporate counseling and complex deal execution.

“Justin strengthens our ability to handle the most sophisticated corporate and transactional matters,” said Deborah Hays, chair of Archer and head of the business counseling practice. “His versatility across multiple practice areas adds real depth to our team and supports our clients’ growth in a rapidly changing business environment.”

Csik represents privately held companies, public corporations, private investment funds, and nonprofit organizations in transactions ranging from business formation and governance to complex mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels clients on joint ventures, strategic investments, equity and debt financings, and corporate restructurings.

“The firm provides a tremendous opportunity to expand my practice and work with a diverse client base, and I look forward to leveraging its full-service resources to deliver even greater value to clients,” said Csik.

In addition to his transactional work, Csik has experience in franchise law. He represents franchisors in franchise system development and regulatory compliance, and he advises both franchisors and franchisees on mergers and acquisitions involving franchise businesses. Csik also counsels clients on trademark and copyright matters, as well as licensing agreements.
