JCMLiving, a family-owned real estate owner and operator of multifamily communities throughout the East Coast, announced Sept. 18 two retail lease signings at Rosera Wesmont, its newest luxury residential community in Wood-Ridge.
Mathnasium and Allstar Pharmacy will soon occupy ground-floor retail spaces within the resort-style residential project, which welcomed its first residents this Spring.
The leases are part of 3,000 square feet of retail within the building itself and more than 17,000 square feet of retail space total within Rosie Square.
“Finding tenants who add real value to our residents’ everyday lives has been a key focus from the start at Rosera Wesmont and within the larger Rosie Square community,” said Andrew Weissman, director of North Jersey at JCMLiving.
Mathnasium Learning Centers has entered into a five-year lease for a 1,410-square-foot retail space on the ground floor, with an anticipated opening date next month. Founded in 2002, Mathnasium is a supplemental education franchise specializing exclusively in mathematics instruction. The company serves students from pre-kindergarten through high school. The global company has over 1,000 learning centers around the world.
Allstar Pharmacy, founded in 1984, secured a 1,330-square-foot retail lease on the ground floor for an initial term of five years, with a subsequent five-year renewal option. Allstar Pharmacy offers pharmacy services including prescription fulfillment, medication management, and vaccinations, and is dedicated to delivering personalized, accessible healthcare solutions.
Cammeby’s represented itself as the landlord in both deals. Mathnasium was represented by Garrett Aires at ESR Commercial, and Allstar Pharmacy was represented by David Townes of JLL Brokerage.
Located at 200 Rosie Square in the Aviation District of Bergen County, Rosera Wesmont offers 295 residences and is near the Wesmont Train Station, a 30-minute ride from Manhattan. The project redeveloped a historic World War II-era aircraft facility into a residential neighborhood. A massive Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical plant built aircraft engines from 1942 and throughout the war years on the site.
