Blue Water Wave, a networking organization focused on building business relationships, said it named Kenneth C. Sturchio as chief revenue officer.

Sturchio is tasked with leading business development, expanding partnerships and sponsorships, driving membership growth across chapters, and spearheading the organization’s national expansion efforts.

He previously worked at PEI Media, a London-based private equity reporting company where he served in global client relations based out of its New York City office. He built connections with international investors and financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and Australia, cultivating relationships through events, investor introductions, and strategic partnerships. Blue Wave believes Sturchio’s professional background will benefit not only BWW’s expansion, but also the revenue growth of its members.

“It’s an incredible honor to step into this role and continue building the Blue Water Wave brand and community alongside the founder and CEO Bridget Sorenson,” said Sturchio. “Growing this business together is more than just a professional milestone — it’s a shared passion rooted in leadership, values, and a deep commitment to excellence.”

Since launching in January 2020, Blue Water Wave has expanded across New Jersey, New York City, and South Florida, with additional chapters on the horizon. Its areas of expertise include commercial real estate, legal, mid-market collective, Quanta Group, young professionals, Golf Network, and the Elite Women’s Alliance.
