Hudson County Community College (HCCC) has earned the Health Professions Higher Education Excellence and Distinction (HEED) Award from Insight Into Academia magazine for the second year in a row.
The national honor recognizes United States colleges and universities that offer health professions courses and demonstrate an outstanding commitment to academic excellence, belonging, and community-building across all levels of campus life.
The college will be featured in the October issue of “Insight Into Academia.”
“Our School of Nursing and Health Professions plays an important role in addressing the health-care workforce shortages by offering quality instruction in a broad range of fields and providing students with the resources they need to succeed,” said HCCC President Dr. Christopher Reber. “We are proud of our School of Nursing and Health Professions faculty, staff and students for earning this award for a second time.”
