CBRE announced that it has completed a 113,550-square-foot long-term lease renewal at Morris Business Park on behalf of Unette Corp., an FDA-approved contractor specializing in filling liquids, creams and pastes into bottles, jars, tubes and single-use packages.
The site is located at 1578 Sussex Turnpike in Randolph. Unette, which is part of the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Praxis Company, will continue to occupy the facility owned by The Silverman Group.
The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley and Marc Trevisan negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of Unette.
“We’re pleased to extend our long-standing relationship with Unette Corp at the MBP,” said Toby Nelson, vice president of leasing for The Silverman Group. “This tenant’s continued commitment speaks to the strength of our complex and the value we strive to provide our tenants.”
“The complex transaction required a unique approach in creating a deal structure that worked for both the tenant and landlord,” said CBRE’s Dudley. “The new, long-term lease enables Unette to grow its business in New Jersey.”
