Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey office has arranged an 88,620-square-foot, full-building industrial lease for an unnamed client in the freight forwarding and logistics services industry at 117 Sunfield Ave. within the Raritan Center.
The commitment represents an expansion for the tenant to support its growing regional business operations and underscores the sustained demand for top-tier industrial space within the Middlesex County submarket.
The commercial real estate firm’s Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco and Ana Carolina DeAraujo served as tenant brokers. Summit Associates Inc., proprietor of the Edison property, was represented internally by Vincent Visceglia, vice president.
