NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association – New Jersey Chapter will celebrate the outstanding contributions of its volunteer leaders at the annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception on Monday, Nov. 3.
The networking event and reception will take place at Hilton East Brunswick. Cocktails and networking begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the awards presentation and honoree reception. The event will conclude at 7:30 p.m.
The 2025 award recipients will be recognized for the vital roles they play in supporting the commercial real estate industry through their service and commitment to the commercial real estate development association. The 2025 President’s Awards honorees are:
- Legacy Award: Dave Gibbons, Elberon Development Group
- Pillar Award: PGIM
- Advocacy Award: Cecilia I. Lassiter, Sills Cummis & Gross P.C.
- Advocacy Award: Brad Vander Vliet, Crow Holdings
- Volunteer of the Year: Anthony Marin, MIG Real Estate
- Rising Star Award: Mike Barone, Rockefeller Group
In addition to these recipients, L. Robert Lieb, Mountain Development Corp., and Monica Padovano Casiello, U.S. Title Solutions, will be honored as this year’s Hall of Fame inductees.
“These awards acknowledge the great work of members who have gone above and beyond to advance the objectives of our chapter and ensure the success of commercial real estate development in New Jersey,” said Matt Schlindwein, NAIOP NJ president. “We are looking forward to celebrating this year’s honorees and enjoying the last big networking event of the year with our dedicated members who make the New Jersey chapter so strong.”
