Seton Hall University’s Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) announced that Noelle Vacca will serve as its new director of strategic growth and enrollment.
In this role, Vacca will lead efforts to expand CEPS’ reach, enhance enrollment strategies and support the Division’s mission to provide high-impact, accessible learning opportunities for professionals and lifelong learners.
With a strong foundation in strategic planning and a commitment to educational innovation, she will work closely with CEPS leadership and external partners to grow signature programs and develop new initiatives that meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
Vacca is a two-time graduate of Seton Hall University, earning both her B.A. and M.A. in communication, and was a member of the Buccino Leadership Institute. Having served in communications roles with Ellucian and the Center for Faculty Development at Seton Hall, her knowledge of higher ed digital and traditional marketing and media will enhance CEPS’ exposure, reputation and program offerings.
With family roots at Seton Hall spanning three generations, she is excited to return to support initiatives that advance the University’s mission of lifelong learning.
Aligned with the launch of the University’s Strategic Plan, Inspiring Great Minds to Greater Purpose, CEPS is dedicated to serving its alumni and regional community with flexibility to accommodate nontraditional students.
