Macerich, an owner, operator and developer of major retail properties in major markets, announced Oct. 23 a leasing partnership with CBRE for its Deptford Mall property.
This relationship is designed to extend the efforts of Macerich’s internal leasing teams and uncover additional opportunities.
Deptford Mall is the dominant regional shopping center between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. The shopping center has a mix of more than 125 brands.
“We are excited about the many opportunities to bring customers more great stores, restaurants and entertainment concepts at every one of our Macerich retail properties, including Deptford Mall, and that means we are laser focused on leasing,” said Eric Bunyan, senior vice president, leasing, Macerich.
“Working with CBRE, which has a dedicated focus on long-term, harder-to-lease spaces, is another way we are moving even faster to secure the right tenants for our spaces.”
Brian Bruzek and Jim Creed are the lead local CBRE representatives and will be overseeing the marketing and leasing strategy for the property.
