McElroy Deutsch expands litigation team with addition of partner, of counsel

McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter said Nov. 3 that Harry D. McEnroe and Richard A. Ulsamer have joined the firm’s litigation and insurance services practice group in its Morristown office.

McEnroe has joined as partner, bringing nearly four decades of trial and appellate experience and is recognized for his skill in handling complex, high-value litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his career, he has represented international corporations and insurance companies, major non-profit organizations, and commercial property owners and managers.

He concentrates his practice on professional malpractice defense, employment litigation on behalf of management, and complex commercial disputes.

“As a firm recognized for our trial practice, we value lawyers who bring proven courtroom skills,” said Michael J. Marone, co-managing Partner. “Harry and Rich’s extensive trial experience complements our exceptional team and reinforces our commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients.”
