Westfield home sold for record $5.275M by Christie’s

Christie’s International Real Estate Group announced a milestone in the Westfield real estate market with the sale of 128 Woodland Avenue for $5.275 million. This marks the highest-priced residential sale in the town’s history.

The transaction was represented by Sandra Bliwise and Megan Brown of The Highland Group from Christie’s Westfield office.

The sale of 128 Woodland Avenue surpasses notable high-end transactions, including 216 Watchung Fork, which sold off-market for $4 million in January 2025, and 8 Kimball Circle, which sold for $4.280 million in August 2021.

At over 8,500-square-feet, the home features five spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms, incorporating a blend of timeless elegance and contemporary design. High-quality materials and craftsmanship are evident throughout the home, which includes an open floor plan living and dining area, a chef’s kitchen replete with premium appliances, custom cabinetry and a fully finished basement.

The residence is complemented by a screened-in heated porch with a gas fireplace, opening to an expansive backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit lounge and a pool house. A temperature-controlled three-car garage connects to a lower-level mudroom and laundry suite, complete with radiant heated floors.

“This home not only redefines luxury living in Westfield, it also reflects the increasing demand for properties that offer both architectural excellence and lifestyle-driven amenities,” said Bliwise.

“We’re proud to have facilitated this historic sale and to continue representing the Christie’s brand in this market,” added Brown.

The buyers were represented by Alyssa Stanek, a realtor associate with Corcoran Sawyer Smith.
