Grant joins accounting firm RRBB as chief operating officer

RRBB Advisors announced Nov. 5 that Amy Grant has joined the firm as chief operating officer.

As COO, she will focus on improving efficiency, modernizing internal processes and strengthening the firm’s people-first culture to support both its clients and professionals. This role supports RRBB’s continued growth as the team has grown to 180 people from 65 within the past two years.

Grant, with more than a decade of experience leading large accounting firms, will oversee firm-wide operations, resource management, and strategic initiatives.

Before joining RRBB, Grant served as chief of tax operations at Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors accounting firm. During her time there, she led strategic growth initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements. Prior to that, Grant spent nearly nine years at CBIZ as director of operations, supporting tax, audit, finance, HR, and technology teams nationwide.

“What stood out to me about RRBB is their sense of purpose and pride in the firm’s culture,” said Grant. “I look forward to working with the team to build on that strong foundation, while enhancing efficiency, developing talent, and continuing to deliver exceptional value to our clients.”

“Her understanding of firm operations and commitment to aligning strategy with people and performance will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve,” said Dave Roth, managing member and chief executive officer of RRBB Advisors.

Grant is known for creating leadership development initiatives, process efficiency frameworks, and capacity management systems over her career. She is also passionate about inclusive leadership and organizational excellence.
