Citrin Cooperman set to acquire KBFM

Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC, a premier professional services provider for private, middle market businesses and high net-worth individuals, announced Nov. 11 that it is acquiring KBFM.

KBFM is a prominent Nashville-based business management and tax firm that primarily provides services to international touring and recording artists, songwriters, producers, publishing companies, record labels, and entertainment professionals.

The transaction establishes Citrin Cooperman’s first physical office in Nashville, boosting its personnel above 20 and reinforcing its long-term investment in the region’s thriving economy.

The deal reinforces Citrin Cooperman’s strategic vision of expansion rooted in culture and strategy. KBFM’s professionalism, personality, and dedication to client service is set to complement and strengthen Citrin Cooperman’s Business Management Family Office practice.
