NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association – New Jersey Chapter, earlier in November acknowledged the contributions of its volunteer leaders at the organization’s annual president’s awards and hall of fame reception.
The event drew a sold-out crowd to the Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center – where eight honorees were recognized for their service, professionalism, creativity and success.
“Each has played a vital role in shaping NAIOP New Jersey into what it is today – a respected entity among policymakers, an effective force in Trenton and a valuable resource for both seasoned commercial real estate professionals and aspiring leaders,” said Matt Schlindwein, chapter president, of Greek Real Estate Partners. “Our chapter is fortunate to be comprised of the most talented, engaged and dedicated professionals in the commercial real estate industry.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Bronsnick assisted Schlindwein in presenting the 2025 president’s awards to the honorees, including:
- Dave Gibbons, Elberon Development Group – Legacy Award
- PGIM – Pillar Award
- Cecilia I. Lassiter, Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. – Advocacy Award
- Brad Vander Vliet, Crow Holdings Development – Advocacy Award
- Anthony Marin, MIG Real Estate – Volunteer of the Year
- Mike Barone, Rockefeller Group – Rising Star Award
L. Robert Lieb of Mountain Development Corp. and Monica Padovano Casiello of U.S. Title Solutions were honored as this year’s hall of fame inductees
