Casio America Inc. is transitioning to its new operations center at 100 Enterprise Drive in Rockaway Township in what the company says is a major milestone in its ongoing transformation to modernize its workplace, encourage cross-functional collaboration and enhance operational efficiency.
The Rockaway Operations Center spans about 21,338 square feet and will house more than 70 employees across six core departments – finance, information technology, human resources, customer service, legal and business administration to promote better synergy and adaptability across teams. Designed with sustainability and collaboration in mind, the space incorporates a call center and repair center.
Open and flexible workspaces, integrated technology and communal areas designed to facilitate spontaneous interaction and idea sharing are available at the Center. Located near major transit routes, the facility also improves accessibility for employees and partners alike.
“The opening of our Rockaway Operations Center marks an exciting step forward in Casio’s evolution,” said Yusuke Suzuki, chairman and CEO of Casio America. “By uniting key departments in a space designed for connection and adaptability, we’re fostering faster decision-making, stronger teamwork and a more agile approach to serving our customers.”
Casio remains committed to ensuring a seamless and empowering transition for employees. The company has implemented commuter benefits, flexible work arrangements and frequent feedback forums to ensure employees feel supported throughout the process.
“This move is about building a better workplace for our people,” said Pamela Cosmillo, general manager of human resources. “From the layout to the amenities, every decision was made with our employees’ success and well-being in mind.”
